  1. Booking and payments

1.1 The dates of your booking will be held upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of 25% or payment in full. Deposits are only payable when you make your booking more than 10 weeks in advance of your check in date. Any booking made less than 10 weeks in advance of your check in date must be paid in full at the time the booking is made.
1.2 On receipt of the deposit/payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to you by email containing the details of your stay, details of payments made and details of payments still due. If you have not received your booking confirmation within 48hrs, please notify us by email as soon as possible.
1.3 Where a deposit has been paid, the full balance payment will be due 10 weeks in advance of your check in date and a reminder will be sent to you prior to this date, by email. If you are unable to pay the balance before the stated due date, you will forfeit your deposit and your booking will be automatically cancelled.
1.4 A damage deposit of £50 per yurt is required for each stay. This can either be paid when booking using the online payment gateways or upon arrival at the site in cash, mobile banking or debit card. The deposit will be refunded within 48hrs of your departure from the site provided no damage has been committed to the yurt, its content or the site and the guests have behaved appropriately. If the deposit has not been refunded within 48 hrs and you believe it should have been, please notify us as soon as possible.

  1. Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation by you at any time will result in your deposit being forfeited, as all deposits are non-refundable.
2.2 All monies paid for a holiday (deposit and balance) are non-refundable within 10 weeks of the check in date.
2.3 Cancellation of any holiday after it has been paid in full and at a date 10 weeks or more in advance of your check in date, will result in forfeiture of your deposit (or an amount equivalent where one was not paid as the holiday was paid in full) and the balance being returned to you.
2.4 Worcester Glamping reserve the right to cancel any booking at any point before or during a Guest’s stay for any reason (including but not limited to severe flooding, dangerous site conditions or adverse weather conditions). Provided the termination is not due to the Guest being in breach of these terms they will be refunded for all of their holiday if it is prior to their booking or any remaining nights if it is during their booking.
2.5 In extreme weather conditions at the site, such as exceptional cold and snow, we will do all we reasonably canto warn guests and give guests the option to move dates (subject to availability) without additional charge.
2.6 Worcester Glamping cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or expense arising from industrial action, terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions or any other event outside the control of the company.
2.7 We strongly advise visitors to take out full holiday insurance to cover cancellations, public liability, personal belongings, personal injusry, loss etc.

  1. Alteration

3.1 Alterations to your booking can only be made more than 10 weeks prior to the check in date, after which time alterations will be treated as a cancellation. All alterations will incur a £20 administration fee and are subject to availability.
3.2 Differences in the total amount payable resulting from alterations will be refunded to you in the case of a decrease in price and paid by you in the case of increases in price.

  1. Complaints

In the event that you have any complaint about your stay, please notify Worcester Glamping as soon as possible and we will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue.

  1. Pricing

Prices on the website are not binding, but costs stated in any booking confirmation email you receive from Worcester Glamping will be honoured as shown.

  1. Information

Information on the website is correct to the best of our knowledge, but circumstances outside of our control may cause it to become inaccurate. We apologise for any inconvenience that may result from this.

  1. Arriving and Departing

7.1 Worcester Glamping is a small site so there is not a full receptionist on the site.  A member of staff will visit the site twice a day and be available for checking in an out. Please tell us your estimated arrival time when you book and call us one hour before arrival where possible so that we can arrange to have someone there to meet you when you arrive.
7.2 Yurts are generally ready for guests from 3pm onwards, and we ask that guests vacate their yurts, and have removed any additional tents adjacent to their yurts, by 11am on the morning of their departure.

  1. Pets

8.1 Pets are not permitted with the exception of obedient dogs which will not disturb other guests or chase livestock, which must be kept under strict control at all times No animals are permitted inside the Yurts due to allergy risks to future guests. Guests may bring a temporary kennel or their own tent for their dog to sleep in alongside their yurt.
8.2 The Yurt site is surrounded by livestock grazed meadows. Any dogs must be kept on a lead when within any fields with livestock. If a dog worries the livestock the Guest must immediately control the dog, and ensure it is kept in a travel kennel or on a lead for the remainder of their stay. If a dog is found worrying the livestock it may be shot.
8.3 If a guest’s dog is deemed by Worcester Glamping to be disturbing other guests or posing a risk to other guests, staff, livestock or the site it is the guest’s responsibility to remove the animal immediately from the site. If this results in the guest terminating their stay early then you may lose your damage deposit and no refund will be given.
8.4 It is the responsibility of the guest to collect up all mess made by their dog on the site and dispose of it in the bins provided. Failure to clean up after a dog will result in part or all of the guest’s damage deposit being forfeit.

  1. Conduct on site

9.1 Worcester Glamping is based on a working farm, which carries the usual dangers such as livestock, tractors, machinery etc. Visitors and guests only have permission to access the glamping site itself, which is clearly marked, and the public footpaths around the farm. Visitors and guests do not have permission to access any other areas of the farm and if they do they will be treated as trespassers.
9.2 Guests and visitors agree to be considerate tenants and to take good care of the tents and facilities during their stay. Guests and visitors agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to other guests or be inappropriate for families on the site.
9.3 If there are any complaints about your behaviour you will be given one warning. If you continue then you will be asked to leave the site immediately and you will lose your damage deposit. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
9.4 Should any facilities, equipment, or items, be damaged willfully, as a result of inappropriate usage or behaviour, as a direct result of failing to respond to instructions from Worcester Glamping staff or due to your negligence you will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of that item.
9.5 By Booking and coming to Worcester Glamping you agree to be responsible for your children and any children in your charge, your own welfare and to take all reasonable precautions against personal injury, injury to others and damage to the facilities.
9.6 Camping in Britain can mean dramatic variance in weather in a short period of time. Whilst we supply certain facilities and equipment, as described on the facilities page of our website, it is still camping and you are responsible for your own well being and comfort regarding appropriate clothing and footwear etc. It is better to bring extra layers and not use them than to be cold and miserable!
9.7 Fires on site are only permitted within the yurts’ stoves, barbeque barrels and fire-pits as supplied or authorised by Worcester Glamping.

  1. Liability

10.1 Worcester Glamping accepts no liability for accident, loss of property or personal injury incurred during stay with us.
10.2 Use of woodland, fires, lakes, rivers, climbing trees, contact with farm animals and any other activity at Worcester Glamping is the responsibility of the Guest and is done so at their own risk.
10.3 By making a booking, you confirm you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions and that you are aware of the risks, hazards, and dangers of personal injury by entering onto the campsite and into the surrounding woodland and farmland.

  1. Privacy

11.1 Guest’s contact and personal details may be kept by us for future mailings of news and offers. If you do not wish to receive these, please let us know by sending us an email. You may also opt out of receiving emails at any time by contacting us by email.
11.2 The booking process asks for your address details and phone numbers. These are required by the Local Authority so at any time we can prove you are not residents at the camp site. It also allows us to contact you should the internet fail and if we need to contact you whilst you are travelling to the campsite. Please note that your financial details are NEVER stored, or seen, by us.

  1. Breach of Terms and Conditions

12.1 If there is a breach of any of these conditions by the Guest or any of their party, Worcester Glamping reserves the right to terminate your stay and ask you and the rest of your, without prejudice to any other rights specified in these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 Termination of your holiday by either Worcester Glamping, or you does not affect your statutory rights.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute will be governed by the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the English Courts.

  1. Authority to Sign

The person who signs the Booking Form certifies that:
he or she is authorised to agree the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the Booking Form, including those substituted or added at a later date; the signatory is over eighteen years of age; they agree to take responsibility for the party, and to notify Worcester Glamping if they are not a member of the holiday party.

  1. Validity clause

In the event that a court finds that a condition in these Booking Conditions is illegal or void, the illegal or void provision will be severed from the remainder of the Booking Conditions, which will continue to be valid and have full force and effect.
