If you wait until the end of your stay or after your stay to complain about something that we could reasonably have rectified for you, any requests for refunds will not be considered.
- Pricing
Prices on the website are not binding, but costs stated in any booking confirmation email you receive from Worcester Glamping will be honoured as shown.
- Information
Information on the website is correct to the best of our knowledge, but circumstances outside of our control may cause it to become inaccurate. We apologise for any inconvenience that may result from this.
- Arriving and Departing
7.1 Worcester Glamping is a small site so there is not a full receptionist or team member on the site as our income from our small number of yurts does not allow for this. A member of staff will visit the site twice a day and be available for checking guests in and out during reasonable times. Please tell us your estimated arrival time when you book and call us on the day of your arrival where possible so that we can arrange to have someone there to meet you when you arrive.
7.2 Yurts are generally ready for guests from 3pm onwards, and we ask that guests vacate their yurts, and have removed any additional tents adjacent to their yurts, by 10am on the morning of their departure.
7.3 We are generally on site until 6pm. If you wish to check in later than that then you must please arrange this with us in advance. If you arrive after 6pm, someone will not be available to welcome you in person or assist with any queries upon arrival as we operate an emergencies only policy after 6pm.
7.4 Guests will receive a text message advising when their yurt or bell tent is ready for them to check into. Please ensure you call us after 3pm if you have not received this.
- Pets
8.1 Pets are not permitted with the exception of up to 2 obedient dogs per glamping unit which will not disturb other guests. Dogs must be kept under strict control and on leads at all times when anywhere on our glamping sites or wider farm area..
8.2 The glamping sites are surrounded by livestock grazed meadows. Any dogs must be kept on a lead when within any fields with livestock. If a dog is found worrying the livestock it may be shot, in accordance with the law.
8.3 If a guest’s dog is deemed by Worcester Glamping to be disturbing other guests or posing a risk to other guests, staff, livestock or the site it is the guest’s responsibility to remove the animal immediately from the site. If this results in the guest terminating their stay early then yono refund will be given.
8.4 It is the responsibility of the guest to collect up all mess made by their dog on the site and dispose of it in the bins provided. Failure to clean up after a dog will result in part or all of the guest’s damage deposit being forfeit.
- Conduct on site
9.1 Worcester Glamping is based on a working farm, which carries the usual dangers such as livestock, tractors, machinery etc. Visitors and guests only have permission to access the glamping site itself, which is clearly marked, and the public footpaths around the farm. Visitors and guests do not have permission to access any other areas of the farm and if they do they will be treated as trespassers.
9.2 Guests and visitors agree to be considerate and to take good care of the yurts, equipment and facilities during their stay. Guests and visitors agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to other guests or be inappropriate for families on the site. We operate a quiet policy between the hours of 9pm and 7am and this must be respected.
9.3 If there are any complaints about your behaviour you will be given one warning. If you continue then you will be asked to leave the site immediately and you will lose your damage deposit. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
9.4 Should any facilities, equipment, or items, be damaged willfully, as a result of inappropriate usage or behaviour, as a direct result of failing to respond to instructions from Worcester Glamping staff or due to your negligence you will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of that item and we are enitlerd to charge you for replacement of the damaged item/s. If any guests staying under your booking are repsonsible for any such damage, you remain liable for reimbursing us for our loss and any damage.

9.6 Camping in Britain can mean dramatic variance in weather in a short period of time. Whilst we supply certain facilities and equipment, as described on the facilities page of our website, it is still camping and you are responsible for your own well being and comfort regarding appropriate clothing and footwear etc. It is better to bring extra layers and not use them than to be cold and miserable!
9.7 Fires on site are only permitted within the yurts’ stoves, barbeque barrels and fire-pits as supplied or authorised by Worcester Glamping. Should you wish to use a disposable bbq please ensure it is placed on bricks on a hard standing surfce, not on grass. In severe hot weather in the summer we may ban use of all fires, including in the yurts, for fear of sparks igniting dry grass. In this case, no refunds are possible in relation to not being able to use the stove in your yurt, fire pit etc.
