Season Dates & Pricing
Our prices are based on two people per unit. Extra adults in a yurt £20 per person per night and under-12s stay free. Guests staying in a yurt may also pitch one small tent beside it for up to four additional people (£15 per person per night, tent not included).

Prices for your glamping break

Each yurt is priced based on 2x people in a double bed.
Extra guests (3rd & 4th guests) are charged at £20 per person per night.
Under 5s stay for free, but please ensure you include them when making your booking
If 2 guests are staying but you would like the double and a single bed made up, please book this as an extra so we know to make the bed up for you – the cost is £12 per stay.
Dogs: £12 per stay
One small tent next to your yurt: Allowed for up to 4 additional guests (£15 per person, tent not included!)

Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
Deposits
- 25% deposit secures your booking
- Deposit is non-refundable
- A booking confirmation is emailed once the deposit is received
Balance Payments
- Balance due 10 weeks before arrival
- If you paid in full and cancel 10+ weeks before your holiday, 75% is refunded
- Date changes within the 10-week period are at our discretion
Cancellations
- We have a 10-week cancellation policy
- We advise travel insurance to protect your booking
- Transfer of dates is at our discretion
We try to keep the booking process easy to follow, with clear deadlines for payments and simple guidance on cancellations or changes.

Make your stay even more comfortable
Breakfast in Bed
We will deliver a delicious breakfast from next door’s farm cafe, Bennetts Willow Barn, to your yurt between 9:30 & 10am. A pastry selection with homemade butter & jam, fruit, plus tea, filter coffee or orange juice. Adult £17.95 & child (under 12s) are £9.95 per person per morning.
Wood
Each yurt is supplied with a complimentary basket of wood to use during your stay. We can sell extra wood for £12 per basket if you wish to use the log burner for longer than standard or wish to make use of the shared firepit.
Dogs
Dogs are charged at £12 each per stay. You must keep them on a lead at all times please and of course ensure you clean up after them immediately. We have lambs and goats on the farm adjacent to the glamping sites and we do not want them being worried (or worse) by our guests’ dogs.
