Are you looking for a family friendly glamping break in the West Midlands?
With young children ourselves, we know just how stressful getting everything packed up in the car for a family camping trip can be! But as camping lovers, you want to get out into the fresh air and outdoors for a break, and give your children that camping experience that you love so much.
If this sounds familiar, then it sounds like you need to book a trip to Worcester Glamping!
Family Friendly Glamping in Worcester: A Laid-Back Escape for All Ages
If you’re on the hunt for a break that brings the whole gang together without the stress of airports, packing lists as long as your arm, or wrestling with tent poles… you’re in the right place. At Worcester Glamping, we’ve created a relaxed countryside getaway where families can unwind, explore, and enjoy the simple pleasures of being outdoors. It’s proper family friendly glamping – the kind that keeps the kids happy, gives the grown-ups room to breathe, and treats everyone to a little adventure.
Your family’s home-from-home… but way more fun
Our handmade Mongolian yurts are the heart of the experience. Spacious, cosy, and beautifully simple, they’re the perfect balance of comfort and camping charm. You can expect real beds, plenty of space for kids to play, twinkly fairy lights, and that magical “wow” moment when you first step inside and the canvas curves above you like something from a storybook.
There’s no need to cram the car with your tent and sleeping bag either. We supply all your bedding. Early risers can head out for fresh air while breakfast sizzles, and night owls can finish the day chatting around the firepit while the little ones snooze soundly just a few steps away.
What makes our glamping site family friendly?
Our family friendly yurts each comfortably sleep a family of four – you can also squeeze in a camp bed for your third child if you want to – just let us know you will be doing that when you book in.
Our family friendly glamping paddocks both have plenty of space for children to run around and play on their bikes. Why not bring a football, a badminton set or a rounders set if you are coming along with your friends with children too?!
Our farm cafe next door, Bennetts Willow Barn, is also family friendly serving child portions, ice cream and milkshakes. It also has a lovely play area for children with slides and a sandpit with diggers, and pygmy goats for your children to pet and feed.
Our glamping site is right on the edge of Worcester, so we have lots of great things to do within an easy distance that your children will love – West Midlands Safari Park, The Seven Valley Railway, and Croome National Trust park. But we also have a swimming pool, bowling alley & arcade, cinema and soft play right around the corner, so even on a rainy day you won’t struggle to keep the kids entertained!
Memories you’ll all look back on
Some of the best moments on a family friendly glamping break are the little ones: toasting marshmallows as the sun goes down, snuggling under blankets listening to the owls, watching the kids race across the grass first thing in the morning, or sipping a quiet cuppa while the rest of the family slowly wakes up.
It’s these simple memories that make family friendly glamping so special. You get a chance to slow right down, reconnect, and enjoy quality time without distractions – and that’s something families of every shape and size can appreciate.
